The site is accessible free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to interruptions required for maintenance or resulting from force majeure. EQUIMONDO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for unavailability of the internet network or of the user's equipment.
The site offers a conversational assistant and simulators (pricing, appointment booking). The answers and results provided are strictly indicative and constitute neither a contractual offer nor professional advice (legal, accounting or veterinary). Only contractual documents signed or accepted online are binding on EQUIMONDO.
The user undertakes not to disrupt the operation of the site, not to attempt unauthorised access to EQUIMONDO's systems, not to collect data on other users, and not to submit, through the forms or the assistant, any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory or contrary to public order. EQUIMONDO reserves the right to delete any infringing content and to take any appropriate action.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute with a professional user falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Caen. Disputes with consumers fall within the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable statutory rules.
